I’ve been teaching seniors at the Greenwood Senior Center and various communities throughout the Seattle area since 2003.

It is a pleasure to help active adults and seniors establish better balance, enhance joint mobility, improve overall movement and confidence through Taiji & Qigong practice. We have fun, engaging classes  with easy to learn exercises and a great sense of community.
