The MELT Method is a simple self-care treatment using soft balls and a soft body roller to reduce the negative effects of aging and an active life. MELT helps restore fluidity, flexibility and relieves pain by reducing connective tissue dehydration. You’ll learn to easily support your own resilience, reduce pain & prevent pain, improve athletic performance and reduce recovery time—for all ages & fitness levels.

Identify your personal MELT goals in a one-on-one session with me! Let’s solve problems, create MELT Maps that are just for you & keep you moving well. Learning to MELT makes self-care easy. You’ll be able to create the effects of a whole-body massage for yourself — you’ll feel immediate results, be more relaxed and relieve nagging aches or pains.
