The MELT Method is a simple self-care treatment using soft balls and a soft body roller to reduce the negative effects of aging and an active life. MELT helps restore fluidity, flexibility and relieves pain by reducing connective tissue dehydration. You’ll learn to easily support your own resilience, reduce pain & prevent pain, improve athletic performance and reduce recovery time—for all ages & fitness levels.

MELT is one of the best tools I’ve found to relieve aches & pains and improve resilience, try it, come back, drop in…consistency is key! 😉

You’ll be able to create the effects of a whole-body massage for yourself — you’ll feel immediate results, be more relaxed and relieve nagging aches or pains.
